Terms & Conditions — 00y888 User Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using the 00y888 platform at 00y888.org (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "00y888", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and 00y888.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue all use of the 00y888 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms, including any amendments published in accordance with Section 14 of this agreement.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;

00y888 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of age requirements will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable policy. 00y888 takes its age verification obligations seriously and employs multiple controls — including CNIC verification — to enforce this requirement.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 00y888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by any single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any pending bonuses or winnings.

When registering your 00y888 account, you agree to:

00y888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and USDT TRC20. The following payment methods are supported for deposits to your 00y888 account:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your 00y888 account. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be declined and returned to the originating account. 00y888 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

00y888 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds at any time, particularly where deposit patterns are inconsistent with normal player behaviour. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests on 00y888 are processed subject to the following conditions:

Standard withdrawal processing times are approximately 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. 00y888 does not guarantee processing times during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

00y888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified 00y888 account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion;
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal;

• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in specific event rules;

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 00y888 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 00y888 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, verifiable funds originating from legitimate deposits will be returned to the registered payment method after the investigation is complete.

You may voluntarily close your 00y888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 00y888, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the 00y888 platform;

00y888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 00y888 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any dispute between you and 00y888, you agree to first contact the 00y888 customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 00y888 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal dispute resolution, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits 00y888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in respect of any threatened or actual breach of these Terms & Conditions that causes or may cause irreparable harm.
